Each Water Challenge Test Kit is sent in a box containing 5 complete individual testing jars with enough reagents for 50 total tests, ideal for classrooms or group activities. Every kit includes sample jars, pH and dissolved oxygen tests, color charts, and bilingual instructions - everything needed to measure water quality indicators like pH, turbidity, and dissolved oxygen.

For a class of 20-25 students, 1 classroom kit works perfectly. Students can work in groups of 4-5, with each group testing all included water quality parameters. This scenario will allow for 10 tests per sample jar, allowing you to run monthly water quality testing with your classroom.

The Water Challenge Test Kits are designed for educators, students, citizen scientists, and environmental organizations who want to engage in hands-on water testing and learn about ecosystem health.

Yes. Many components, such as the jars, test tubes, and vials, are durable and reusable.

The reagent tablets for both dissolved oxygen and pH do have expiration dates about 2-3 years from the manufacturing date. If you would like to order refills for these tablets, please contact wwmc@earthecho.org

At this time, we are currently not accepting returns. Returns may be introduced later in coordination with with our shipping partner. If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at wwmc@earthecho.org for assistance.
